Born on February 26, 1996, in Kakra village in Bikaner district, Rajasthan, Pari comes from a family with diverse professional backgrounds. Her mother, Sushila Bishnoi, serves in the GRP police force, and her father, Maniram Bishnoi, is a practicing advocate. Her grandfather, Gopiram Bishnoi, was elected as the sarpanch of Kakra village four times.
Pari’s educational journey began at St. Mary’s Convent School in Ajmer. She later pursued higher education in Delhi, graduating with an undergraduate degree from Indraprastha College for Women at the University of Delhi. She continued her studies in political science, earning a master’s degree from MDS University, Ajmer, after passing the NET-JRF examination. Her determination and hard work paid off when she cleared the UPSC examination on her third try, achieving an impressive All-India Rank of 30.
